NellaFleurs specializes in daily flower delivery services on any events, from small to big. We offer same-day delivery in London, and in areas outside London (based on location).
Yes, we do all the planning and arrangements, including bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsagesĀ and beyond.
Yes! We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, birthday get togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. We primarily work off of whatās currently available on our website, but are happy to discuss details with you.
Yes, we offer any holiday decor services, including Christmas tree installations, wreaths, or garlands. We also offer holiday decor centerpieces, which you can find on our website.
Delivery
Yes, we offer same day delivery anywhere in London! Depending on when the order is placed.
It’s completely free for London area if order total is above Ā£50, and outside London area if the order total is above Ā£100.
Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 9am – 5pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 5 PM š
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address when the flowers have been delivered. And then a call from our courier when your order is about to arrive,
For plants or orchids, if your item arrives damaged or not up to standards, please contact us within 14 days to address the issue. After 14 days we are unable to replace your order.
Payment
We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies, including American Express. In addition, we accept payment from Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Promotions
We are working on a subscription feature and it will be available soon on our website.
